In order to volunteer we are required by law and by Hockey Canada to request a criminal record check for every adult (Over the age of 18) who comes in contact with our players.  

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK (CRC):
 
*A new CRC must be resubmitted every three years. 

SCMHA is enrolled in the eCRC application process with the Justice Ministry.  Please follow the attached link to complete and submit the  eCRC application for review and enter in the following SCMHA Access Code.

The Justice Department will send your CRC to the SCMHA Risk Manager and if necessary they will advise our Association of any adjudication results.  All applications are subject to the Criminal Records Review Act.  If necessary for the review process, you may be contacted by the Ministry of Justice and asked to provide fingerprints as part of the application process.
