SCMHA is excited to announce our partnership with the Canadian Tire/Bauer First Shift Program for the
2017-2018 Hockey Season!
Is your child between the ages of 6 & 10, and for one reason or another, never had the opportunity to play our great game of hockey?
Introducing
THE CANADIAN TIRE FIRST SHIFT.
HELPING KIDS FALL IN LOVE WITH HOCKEY
THE FIRST SHIFT program is designed to ensure a positive experience for new to hockey families. This means breaking down the barriers that exist for many parents and making you feel at home within our hockey community.
Designed to help kids fall in love with hockey before you buy all the gear, our six-week learn to play program focuses on having fun while learning basic skills.
Registration is only $199, and includes:
- A Welcome Event - information, education, and an equipment fitting session
- 6 “Learn to Play” ice sessions, (managed by MHA)
- A complete set of Bauer gear including: Helmet Combo (with facemask), shoulder & elbow pads, under protective top w/neck guard & shorts with jock/jill, pants, hockey socks, shin guards, jersey, gloves, stick & skates
HOCKEY IS A VEHICLE TO:
- Experience the benefits participation in sport offers; exercise, positive attitude, confidence
